All items are sent out through First Class Mail. I can send your items Priority if you would like but shipping charges would change.
I offer free shipping on most of my items to Canada and the US.
I am not responsible for Customs fees.
I ship all of my items with a delivery confirmation (except to Canada) so I can make sure you receive your item. You will get an email the day of delivery with said number. If you want insurance please feel free to purchase it. I can not be held responsible for lost or damaged items.
All items are securely packaged so they get to you safe and sound.
I accept Paypal and Money orders. You can also send cash but please do so at your own risk. I am not responsible if it gets lost or stolen.
If something is not to your liking please feel free to email me and I will try my hardest to help you out.
I can not accept returns on hair accessories due to sanitary reasons. If you item is not "hair" related I will be more than happy to accept a return.
RETURN POLICY:
No hair item is returnable.
Your item needs to be returned to me before I can issue a refund.
Please contact me before returning something.
I will refund your money but not shipping costs. (the money it cost for you to send it back to me)
You have 7 days to return your item after I have given you the okay. (if you email me on Sunday and I email you on Monday then you have until the next Monday to get the item back to me.)
